I am a vintage sports card dealer. For the last 22 years I have been buying collections around the Midwest, and at many auctions locally and nationally. It’s a job I love.

But outside of cards, my life is changing. Over the next year, both my sons will be off to college, I’ll be divorced, and my house (and office) won’t be mine anymore. So I am going to buy an Airstream trailer, a truck to pull it, and I am going to hit the road.

I probably won’t be sending out a weekly newsletter until I get this trip going in earnest. Notes may be sporadic. Before I get out there, I’ll probably be covering exciting topics like what I find cleaning out my office, which sway bar to purchase for the rig, or how to defend myself against bears while boondocking on BLM land. So please, follow at your own risk. But when I get out there, I’ll be posting about the people I meet, old friends I see, the places I go, and yes, the cards I buy.
